Ja badminton policy
Schedules/Payments

Group Lessons: JA Badminton group lessons run in 2-month periods. Players are required to commit to the full term.
â—‹ If players choose to discontinue lessons, they must inform JA Badminton at least 1 week before the term ends, as players are automatically enrolled in the same group lesson for the next term.
Payment

Group Lessons: Payment is due in full upon registration for each term.

Private Lessons: Payment is due in full upon confirmation of lesson. Payments can be made prior to lesson.

Cancellations

Group Lessons: If a player cannot attend a scheduled class, they must inform JBA at least 24 hours before the session so that coaches can plan accordingly.

Private Lessons: If a player cannot attend a scheduled private lesson, they must inform the coach at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the lesson fee. This period allows other players sufficient time to book the slot.
â—‹ If the coach has to cancel under unforeseeable circumstances, players will be informed ASAP and offered alternative days/times to reschedule their lesson.

By signing up for JA Badminton lessons I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily in badminton/physical activities. In Consideration of my participation in these activities, I hereby waive any and all claims that I may have against JA Badminton and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of my participation.
I understand that badminton is a physical activity that involves some risk of injury. I hereby release JA Badminton and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, from any and all liability for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of my participation in these activities.​​
